At The Blair Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please review the terms below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized designs are non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. You will have the option for either a full refund or an exchange. We may request photos of the damaged item to process your claim.

3. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you wish to replace an item with another of the same value. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

6. Refund Process

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days once the return is received and inspected. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email/phone, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. A return form must be filled out and included with the returned item.
